    • imagesThe GCA’s NAL meeting is held annually in Washington DC and is attended by 300 delegates from across the country. Following two intense days of briefing from national environmental experts and high level policymakers, delegates spend the third day lobbying Congressmen to enlist support for GCA’s environmental goals. Upon returning home, each delegate reports to her local club on the conference. Ideas presented at the meeting are translated into local projects.
